I have signed an exclusive, all rights distribution agreement with a distributor. Can I still exhibit my title through a Filmpods?

You can stream to any territory not covered by your existing agreement through your FilmPod. However, if your existing distribution contract is a "worldwide exclusive, all rights" agreement, you probably should not have signed it in the first place, unless you were paid a lot of money up front.
